Preaching – We are firmly committed to the preaching of the  Word of God. Thus, the preaching style will be mostly expository messages.

Dress – We have a vast array at our church. Some feel comfortable in suits and some feel comfortable in jeans and flip flops. So dress as you feel appropriate and give grace to those that choose a different style.

We have two places for worship at our location. The old chapel is located at the south end of the building. This room is used for Sunday school and Sunday night prayer meetings. If you come in by the old chapel, keep walking down the hallway to our new building – Generations Hall. Here we have our Sunday morning services.

Children are a gift from God (Ps. 127:3). We know the care for your child is important…and rightly so. We strive to have clean, well-run nurseries and classes for your children. Also, we require that every adult worker at Lexington Baptist Church go through a background check. We trust that our care for your children will put you at ease and also that we will be able to reinforce what is taught at home.
